Sebagai pemegang lesen KDN di bawah Akta Ejensi Persendirian 1971, DISB adalah sebuah syarikat Penyiasat Persendirian yang professional, yang di ketuai oleh seorang pegawai kanan yang telah bersara dari Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM). Berlatar belakangkan PDRM, sudah tentu dapat menyediakan perkhidmatan penyiasatan yang berkualiti kepada pelanggan (individu\/syarrikat).DISB sentiasa bersedia membantu menyelesaikan masalah individu\/syarikat dengan kepakaran dan pengetahuan yang kami memiliki termasuk dalam kes-kes penipuan, orang hilang, masalah rumahtangga, masalah pekerja, menyemak latar belakang, pengintipan dan lain-lain perkhidmatan sepertimana yang di pohon oleh pelanggan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sebagai ketua dan pengasas DISB, ACP(Rtd) Armugam Kandasamy, telah berkhidmat dalam pelbagai cawangan dalam pasukan Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) selama 40 tahun. Dengan pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang beliau memiliki sepanjang perkhidmatan dalam PDRM, sudah tentu dapat menghasilkan muthu penyiasatan yang berkualiti seperti mana yang di kehendaki oleh setiap pelanggan. Beliau sendiri akan bertemu dengan pelanggan dan mengetuai pasukan penyiasatan dalam usaha menyelesaikan setiap masalah individu\/syarikat. Beliau juga masih mengekalkan perhubungan yang amat erat dengan pegawai-pegawai PRDM khasnya dan pegawai kerajaan amnya.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Di bawah kepimpinan ACP(Rtd) Armugam Kandasamy, DISB telah berjaya menjadi sebuah syarikat Penyiasat Persendirian yang terkenal di negara ini khasnya dan di luar negara amnya. Pasukan DISB telah berjaya menyelesaikan pelbagai masaalah individu\/syarikat dalam dan luar negara.<\/strong><\/p>\n
